First Visit

Your initial visit to Carson Endodontics typically covers all your needs. During this appointment, Dr. Carson will discuss your diagnosis and treatment options, and administer any necessary endodontic procedures. Occasionally, a follow-up visit may be necessary.

To expedite your visit, please provide the following:

• Bring your ID and dental insurance cards.
• Bring any referral slips and X-rays from your dentist.
• Have a list of your current medications handy.
• Arrive 15 minutes early to complete any required registration forms. You can also complete your registration on our secure patient portal.
• Note: Patients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Before your appointment, inform us of any medical conditions or medications you're taking. If your general dentist has recent X-rays, you can request they forward them to us. Additional X-rays may be taken for diagnosis during your appointment.
